No one greets u when u come in and there own personal conversations are more important than handing out online orders that they're also hiding behind some type of partition... I wish they would get manager already Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. I ordered multiple pistachio loaves through DoorDash, and the portion sizes were noticeably inconsistent — some were significantly smaller than others, which felt unfair for what I paid. When I called the store to address the issue, the manager was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of listening or offering a solution, he had an attitude that made it clear he didn’t care about the concern at all. As a paying customer, I expected basic respect and at least an attempt to resolve the issue. Between the inconsistent product quality and the poor customer service, this experience was very frustrating. I hope Starbucks takes this seriously, as this is not the level of service I would expect from a company with such a strong reputation. Food: 1 Service: 1
