Not sure what these clowns were doing in here, no line, nobody in and out. Sat in the truck and watched my wife sitting through the window for 25 minutes for two lemonades. Do not ever come here, ever, please I'm begging you save yourself the waste of time this place is a joke. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just left at 9:55am on June 2nd the girl taking our order was super sweet I think her name was Gabby, we were asking if they still had the spicy falafel so we could get instead of the feta wrap we had just mentioned and she told us to hang on so she could check and this rude guy jumped on her mic and said “it’s already done you ordered you’re getting it” we literally hadn’t even completed our order yet, we’re talking seconds in between. My husband told him we just asked if y’all had it and he rudely said the same thing basically like that’s too bad I made it already. Like what? Lol insane Then the girl got back on the mic to diffuse the situation. Super rude, shouldn’t be in customer service. Not someone you want a run in with first thing in the morning Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just left the drive thru and the customer service has really fell off. The young guy with the red/pink hair was not friendly at all. He was dry, while at the speaker I asked for a few minutes to decide on what I wanted. There was no one in line but me. He then proceeded to ask me are you ready? Well when I am ready I will let you know but I didn’t say that, I just hurried and ordered. Drove around still same dry attitude, then he stuck the pay machine out the window said something, I barely could hear him. Then I asked how m to repeat and he said, it’s going to ask you a question. Well the question was do you want to top. I normally tip but in this instance, I will not. Back in the day, Starbucks had awesome service no matter what location but this location in Spring, TX off of 45 North and Cypresswood thumbs down. Let me go down the parking lot to Dutch Brothers where the customer service is A1 Food: 2 Service: 1
