Recently, I have visited Starbucks & requested Salted Caramel Cold Brew; I have noticed lately that this beverage taste different from the first time drinking. The clerk said she has no control over the strength, there is a standard recipe made in the machine. At this time I am disappointed in the service here & will no longer request this drink. I think customers should be treated better especially since we continue to pay the same price. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had a great experience at Starbucks in Burke! Unlike many Starbucks locations in California, this one was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The environment felt calm and welcoming. The employees were very polite and professional, and you could tell they take pride in their work. The equipment looked modern and well-maintained, which made everything feel efficient and high quality. One thing I found especially impressive was that the district manager’s business card was clearly displayed in case customers have any concerns or complaints. That level of transparency and accountability really stood out to me. Overall, a wonderful experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!
