Exceptional! Our school recently had two back to back end of the year parties at Bowlero Vacaville. The wonderful service started at the time of booking the event. Melissa was extremely helpful, patient, kind and accommodating. She was efficient and prompt at drawing up options for our large group. Willing to customize for our needs. Once party day arrived the general manager Ralph greeted us with a smile and a true servants heart. He made sure the whole event went as smoothly as possible. The staff were all awesome and patient. Food was excellent, I honestly didn’t have high hopes however I was pleasantly surprised! The location / bathroom very clean. Music was good. Overall it was a 20/10. I purchased the summer bowling pass, and would HIGHLY recommend any other family with kiddos to purchase as well. Thank you Bowlero Vacaville

UNMATCHED!! We recently had back-to-back VCS class parties at this location and service was remarkable. to manager Ralph for going above and beyond throughout the process, allowing for a seamless experience from start to finish (much needed for parents & teachers hanging on by a thread at year-end)! He thought of everything from safety of the students to comfort of the adults! The staff was extremely gracious while we needed their assistance every 2 min for a stuck ball or requests for more ranch. Their cheerful attitude and generosity never waned. Personally I was not sold on new management last summer and was considering NOT purchasing a summer bowling pass but after this experience I purchased passes as soon as I got home! Thank you to Ralph and his staff for making our year-end parties a strike!!

We had our end of the year class party at Bowlero, and it was fantastic. Thank you to the manager Ralph who ensured we were well taken care of. The kids had a great time, and the parents were able to relax/enjoy all the fun that was had. Thank you!
