I was very satisfied with the service crew because they were professional, friendly, and highly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they showed genuine hospitality by greeting everyone warmly and assisting with a positive attitude. They were attentive to every request, responded promptly, and ensured that all needs were met efficiently. The team worked well together, maintained a respectful and pleasant manner, and created a comfortable atmosphere for everyone. Especially Joemarie, who stood out for being exceptionally kind, attentive, and approachable throughout the experience. Spend our dinner here and it was superb! Even though its a Valentines Day the staffs are still all approachable and they provide good service. Special thank you to our Server Joemarie, he is very attentive and easy to talk to. Even our meals is delayed it is okay since he make sure to follow up and provide the best service we ever have. We are very happy with everything again thank you so much! I thought I will have bad experience again with steakhouse since I have a very bad experience last time in there different branch but this newly open Steak House is outstanding!
