We were just driving through from our long trip from Chicago and this is our first time trying it. the customer service in the drive through was top notch. She was very nice and kind and made sure our drinks were correct. Everything in the order was correct and very yummy. 10/10 would come back if we ever come back lol Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Everything seemed "Meh". I think it shift change. Staff seemed ready for the day to be over, place was quiet, food was meh. Fries weren't even a handful and tasted old and stale. I will try Steak and Shake again but not this location. Price per person: $1–10

I sat down at steak 'n shake on 2760 North glenstone avenue and got a really amazing waitress k e i r a I was only going to sip on my coffee and do a few studies before a class that I have tonight but then I got Kiera and she was top-notch very respectful very hands-on very kind-hearted made me feel like I was at a five-star restaurant and no matter how many things I asked for she didn't make me seem like she was bothered she was always happy to help and when I wasn't for sure if I should eat a meal or just have coffee she reassured me that she had some really great meal deals on special all the time that were good to try cuz I was undecided on what to eat or if I was going to so she suggested some things that were amazing gave me lots of great options and not once did I run out of hot fresh coffee she even at one point said I would go and make another whole batch of coffee just for you even if you just need just a one more class not once did I feel like I was not special and important this is definitely a game changer if it was not for her I would not be back but because of her I will definitely be back if not every Wednesday just to hope she's working.... Not everybody can always leave a really large tip to show their appreciation so I hope this gets in the right hands and I hope the rest of the world knows how great she is do stop by and see her you will not be disappointed steak and shake needs more people like keira....
