We are sorry you feel this way Jake. Your meals were ready in 28mins but as you and your partner Jess moved from table 13 to inside without advising anyone the staff couldn’t locate you during the rush when they tried to deliver your meals. The staff did apologise to you once you made them aware and offered you a complimentary drink. We do apologise once again that this has happened to you. The staff were two team members down today due to illness which created a lot of pressure on them. They did their very best under the circumstances.
