Hi joanne, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We prepare all orders fresh and our prep time is around 20 minutes, but once the food is handed over to Just Eat, the delivery time is unfortunately out of our control. On this occasion, your order was ready on time, but due to driver delays and the weather, it wasn’t collected promptly. We even had to remake your order several times to ensure it was fresh, but we understand this still doesn’t make up for the long wait you had. We always double-check that every item, including drinks, is given to the Just Eat driver before they leave. If something goes missing during delivery, it’s sadly not on our end — but we know how frustrating that is. We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope your next experience will be much smoother. Thank you for your feedback — it really does help us improve.
