The minute you walk in you smell the smoke. So expectations were high. We shared a 2 meat dinner. Turkey and brisket with 2 sides fries and green beans. Clearly they must really brine the turkey as it was so salty, and the brisket seemed as it may be steamed without any smoke ring. We ended up getting 3 cokes due to the salty taste. We ate only a few of the fries as the meat portions were pretty generous compared to other bbq locations. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

I have been going to Steve's Rib for about a year. I enjoy the food and the staff; they are pretty good guys. I say that sarcastically. Truth is the staff has always been friendly and quick to help with suggestions, and they take care of each customer. My brother was impressed with the food; back in Arkansas, where my brother currently lives, he is quite the pit master himself. His wife has won a few 1st place awards in the Colorado and Missouri state fairs. So I am convinced that if they approve of a restaurant, it has to be excellent. On our last visit, unfortunately they were serving their last Rib dinner to a couple who arrived just before me. I have not had the Ribs, but I love their brisket, and I order it every time along with something else.
