purchased a $7.99 /gram pack and pineapple game. after transaction i realized i was over charged ($9.99/gram) for the item. No big deal, i let the cashier know and he shrugged his shoulders and said it’s in their system at $9.99. Not looking for any real fix on my end. But employees should be aware and knowledgeable that business are not permitted to charge a different price than is displayed. Or atleast seem to care at all when it is communicated.

Great service. I’m in here 2-3 times a week and never have a problem. I recently had a vape not working as I was leaving and the gentleman took it and politely asked if he could charge it for a minute and if it didn’t work he would get me a new one or a refund. It took a charge and worked great. Always good business with this gentleman. Thank you.

I love stop one market! They’ve always had the best customer service including recommendations and remembering my preferences. I lost my wallet and when someone used my card at stop one, Charles and the owner were happy to help me see who used it and I got my stuff back. I always feel welcome and cared for here. Great prices on vapes, good selection of glass and kratom.
