Wow Robert, a very damaging review. The steaks are fresh, 28 day aged rumps and served multiple today, coleslaw fresh and sold 20 portions today alone with no complaints at all. We did however take it off your bill this evening and apologised that you weren’t happy. In terms of the restaurant being “grubby”, that’s simply not true. We’ve so much amazing feedback on how beautiful the restaurant is. It’s the first time we’ve had any issues with flies before; we’ll look into it of course and it’s a shame that nature disturbed your meal but there’s only so much we can do about that. I’ll get the staff some swatters?
