This was my third time coming here and it's definitely my last. Firstly, the service you get from the two ladies that work the window/front is nothing short of attitude. They both behave like serving you is the biggest inconvenience of their day. Secondly the food is SUB-PAR. Don't get me wrong I love hole in the wall diners. But these fries taste like they've been hanging out too long. Or maybe the fry oil has been used too many times. I eat a lot of steak fries and these taste really unpleasant compared to what they should taste like. I got a root beer and it also tastes like there's almost no carbonation in it and it was warm???? How do you mess up soda? And the salad my friend got was less than fair. The lettuce was old. Some of it was clearly past it's time. They also only give you one side of dressing whereas most other small diners will give 2 with a big salad. You have to pay an extra 75 cents if you'd like more. The Ranch is probably the only thing decent. Truth be told if I had checked the soda/food before leaving for quality issues I would have given it back immediately. That's how unsatisfactory it was. This was my third attempt at this place before finally deciding it's just bad all around. I live local and there are a fair amount of other diners/restaurants in the area- one even right across the street. I prefer to support a local business so I'm very disappointed that the food and service are so God awful here.

This place is not "Strati Burgers" anymore. It's NOW "COVINA BURGERS". I looked them up on the website, and THEY SPECIFICALLY ADVERTISE "ACCEPTING EBT FOOD STAMPS NOW" LOOK IT UP. Then I ordered and the women said NO? I showed her the where it said "NOW ACCEPTING EBT FOOD STAMPS" and she tried to make up some story. I just left after telling to tell her Manager or the owner they need to REMOVE THAT ADVERTISEMENT BECAUSE THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!....

Place has gone down hill use to be ok size food and good now just getting jiped picture is my sons sad chicken strips witch sent strips more like two nuggets and that’s them next to there little dip cups sad won’t go back again after this one
