What was supposed to be a good and fun evening rather ended in a unanimous decision for all 10 of us that we don't want to come back again. 1. The evening started with bowling of which 2 out of 2 lanes shut down 4 and 5 times respectively. 4-5 times in an hour???! Under all the criticism and the staff did not seem to be so keen to be quick to get the track running again thought called for attention. Both courses stopped when there were 10 minutes left of our hour and there was never any more play after it was thought that we booked 19-20. 2. Would exchange money to challenge each other in a little game. Insert a banknote and suddenly the machine has swallowed the banknote and nothing comes out. Calling for staff and someone comes and kicks and turns on the machine to try to get some money out and then collect some 10s for us. Good help from the staff on that occasion but it was a recurring problem when the staff thought this was a problem and left the changing machine in operation. Strange, I think, as far from everyone would point out that their money disappeared in the drunkenness and the villa, but of course an easy way to make money. 3. Put money into various machines to play, some swallowed the money and thought there was no game when the game machine kept asking for money. Some machines took the money and started the game but balls were stuck or similar so the game could not be completed anyway. Once again called for staff who came over and seemed generally bored and stood once again turning on the machines to try and get them going. The game of basketball as an example. He got it going after half time of the game had already passed and said go ahead and leave. 4. Wanted to book shuffleboard and the guy behind the counter had zero idea if it was going and seemed generally unengaged. After a bit of back and forth, we got to book a table and he took payment. When we go back 10 minutes later to get the things to be able to play, another colleague tries to charge again. We explain that we have already paid and he asks his colleague (who took payment) and he shrugs his shoulders and all of a sudden doesn't know 10 minutes later if he took payment or not. Luckily, we don't have to pay again for something we already paid for. 5. Bought a drink to be enjoyed while we played shuffleboard. The last sip of the drink, the guy bites down and feels something hard between his teeth and thinks it's ice. Noticing that it is hard, he takes it out of his mouth and realizes that it is small pieces of glass he is picking out that came from the drink. Inspects the glass to see if anything is dropped but the glass is intact. Goes up to the staff once more and explains that we got pieces of glass in the drink and that it is very very serious as it can have serious consequences. Will you only be offered a new drink?! After they just served one with small pieces of glass in it???! 6. People were allowed to have a playhouse and behave however they wanted there. I'm a competitive person myself and understand that competition creates a lot of emotions, but it's still not ok for people to scream like stung pigs. Drunk people putting beer glasses on the table when we were playing shuffleboard??!! That people who can barely stand on their feet are even allowed to stay and be served more alcohol?! Cool concept but think it should be a little tidy at least for people's comfort.

Good buffet and nice place to bowl. Unfortunately, 2 air-hockey games were out of order.
