What would have been a relaxing night out was eroded by poor services rendered by bartender "Estee". She refused to serve me a shot of Jagermeister with a cup of monster on the side. She argued at first saying she doesn't serve them as such. After politely and clearly asking for the drinks to be served in separate glasses she agreed to my order. She then ignored my request and acted shocked when I told her the mixed drink she handed me wasn't my order. I had to re-order the drink in which she served a meager amount of monster(less than what was in the mixed drink). I spoke with the shift leader concerning this order and he was very understanding and offered me a larger amount of monster which I declined. Later while renting the pool table she took my ID and asked if I was going to prepay or pay later. I asked to prepay and she began to ignore me keeping me waiting for two other drink orders to be filled. I flagged down another attendant and finally was able to pay for my friends pool table. I am very dissatisfied with this poor display of customer service. Update edit: The staff also tried to short change us on the hour I paid for the pool table. I had to produce the receipt and highlight time on it in order for the staff member to cease harassing us with her false claim. I will no longer be a customer at this establishment after this fraudulent attempt to scam us on a service I paid for.

This place was super fun, not to mention we danced after we went bowling. They have a club at the entrance on the left hand side there's a bar. The music is awesome. The place is not packed at all. The bowling was fun and we are glad we went bowling when we did because the lights came on around 9 for the rest of the folks there and that sucked. I think bowling with the cool lights and it dark is way cooler than bowling with no colorful lights and just regular lights on. There's lots of parking and the restrooms inside are clean. The staff is nice, some of the shoes for bowling need to be thrown out though. They were trying to give me some shoes size 7 for women that looked like a dog had chewed through them hahaha. I asked if they had half sizes and they said yes so I got 6.5 instead. Don't Forget to bring extra socks because then you'll have to put your feet back into your shoes after wearing those bowling shoes that everyone wears.

Huge Rave to Kyra from Strikezone. Seriously the best bartender we have ever had. She was super attentive. Will definitely be going back!
