Unacceptable service. The shop was empty when I went in but the staff walked away to tidy up the counter when I was about to order. Then just stared at me when she came back, but sure, i placed the order anyway. Then at the vegetable counter she started checking if any needed refills and left me hanging. I thought she's going to refill first but again she just stared at me. After i told her which veges and sauces I wanted, she was in the middle of wrapping it up but went to refill the pickles. When I looked over the counter she asked me to "tunggu jap". So now it's like my order was interrupting her? We have to wait for staffs to do unrelated tasks while making orders? We have to prompt the interaction? If I was someone first time ordering a Subway and came to this shop, I wouldn't know what to do if the staff just stared at me all the time without guiding the order or asking anything. Bad experience, please put in effort to train your staff. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 1–20 Service: 1
