I recently visited Subway to grab a simple six-inch bacon, cheese, ham and olive sub. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for my order and to be served which was a bit frustrating. I completely understand that the team is busy and juggling online orders alongside in-store customers, and it was clear the staff were under pressure especially with Uber Eats drivers coming in. However, during the wait there was no acknowledgement or communication, such as a quick “we’ll be with you shortly” or “sorry for the delay,” which would have made a big difference to the experience. It might really help to have one staff member dedicated to serving customers who are physically in the store, so they don’t feel overlooked while online orders are being fulfilled. A small improvement in communication and system flow could go a long way. That said, I do appreciate how hard the staff were working under pressure. With a few tweaks, this could easily be a much better customer experience. If it wasn't for my daughter wanting her Subway I would have walked out. Price per person: A$1–20

Salads in foot long subways were very very less when asked to add more I got a big knowledge about not to ask for individual items but say extra salads across the board and was prompted by the staff when she added each salads Looked like I was asking for free I think in the fist place subway should look into the quantities of salads per serve as it’s always very minimal, guys be generous People are paying $11.50 for a decent quantity , hope this is fair to ask Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
