I had a very disappointing experience at Subway due to the behavior of an employee named Pinder. She did not deal with customers in a respectful or professional way. Her tone was rude, and her attitude felt inappropriate throughout the interaction. Customer service is very important in a place like this, but unfortunately, my experience with her was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I felt disrespected, and it made the overall visit much worse than expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service in the future. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
