Hello, I would like to leave feedback regarding the employee who works the morning shifts at Subway. Before school, I often buy sandwiches there for my son, but lately the service has become very unpleasant. The employee often seems nervous and rushed, has difficulty hearing the order correctly, and interrupts while customers are speaking. As a customer, it makes the atmosphere uncomfortable in the morning before school. I understand that morning shifts can be difficult, but I kindly ask you to pay attention to the quality of customer service during these hours. Because of this situation, I am already considering changing the place where I buy sandwiches for my child. It’s unfortunate that I don’t know her name, but the employee is very unpleasant and makes customers feel uncomfortable. Thank you. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

Got a last minute catering order in. staff this am. One lady. On April 3rd 2026. Morning shift. Got my order done so quick I wanted to say thank you to her. She was friendly and got my order done and I arrived to the event on time. Good job. ! She definitely needs a raise for her good work.
