Excellent customer service. Jashan helped me figure out how to use the Subway app and went the extra mile to help me out. You'll be in great hands if you get the pleasure of her helping you out! I have been coming to this location for years. Good service, friendly staff, nice and clean. The food used to be fantastic! I am not sure who decided it was a good idea to start prompting customers to put the sauces directly onto the bread instead of at the end, onto the toppings, but it has ruined the subs! This new method leaves the bread soggy and makes the sub gross. Will change review to 5 star if subway changes back to their old system with sauces last. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CAD 10–20

This is the worst Subway location I’ve been to. I went in yesterday around noon to grab lunch with a friend, and there was already a fairly long line. There were three staff working, but only one person was actually making sandwiches. The other two were focused on dishes, even during a rush, which really slowed everything down. A delivery driver and an online order customer both ended up waiting around 25 minutes for their orders because service was so backed up. The employee making sandwiches was also struggling with communication, which led to multiple incorrect orders and added to the delays. The overall service felt disorganized and frustrating. To make things worse, my friend asked for the new ghost pepper bread, and we were told none was available because they were too busy earlier in the day to prepare it. However, just minutes before that, more bread was put into the oven, so I feel like they could have added some then. Overall, it felt like poor management and lack of coordination across the board, especially during a busy lunch rush.

Hey Chelsea Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your visit felt disorganized, especially during the lunch rush. I reviewed the staffing logs for that time period. We did have a team member call in sick unexpectedly, which left us short staffed during one of the busiest hours of the day. Regarding the wait times for online and delivery orders, several orders came in at the same time, which contributed to delays and we do our best to balance both online and in person.
