Diana provided amazing service at Subway. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and keeps a positive attitude even when it’s busy. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway thanks to her great customer service. I go here almost daily for lunch. Food is always good and affordable. The staff is very friendly, especially Nav, always chatty and willing to help. Thank you southland crossing subway staff! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered a business lunch order. The confirmation was sent. And the subway messed up the order. The footlong was not supposed to have any pickles, jalapenos, or regular onions. Also only Mayo but it was with spicy sauce which was not part of the order. All of the above was in this order. They staff made us go back to get a new sub and could not simply refund the incorrect order. If I could give this location ZERO STARS, I would have! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
