Came in last night I placed a mobile order, came to pick it up and they were busy so they told me to wait which is understandable. I saw that Olivia was making my order and so I stepped up to ask if I could add the peppers before toasting the sandwich. She told me to hold on and wait that she was to busy and making orders. It’s very unprofessional and rude I ended up picking the peppers off bc they were to hard and not toasted Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't know how you have someone working the counter by themselves that has no clue what types of breads you offer, what's on each sandwhich. Literally I feel dumber just for being in that location. Never again! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in and overheard the manager, Dustin, threatening the employee making our sandwich. He told them he could fire them and didn’t need a reason. This was said openly, in front of customers, and was completely inappropriate. This is a Subway sandwich shop — no manager should be on a power trip or acting as though they are above basic decency. Leadership at any level requires respect, and there is absolutely no excuse for using intimidation or threats in a customer-facing environment. No employee should be spoken to this way. Abuse of authority, especially toward a young employee, creates a toxic and unsafe workplace and reflects a serious failure of leadership. This is not a training issue; it is a character issue. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be ignored. It needs to be addressed immediately, and Dustin should be removed from any role where he has authority over others.
