We were on our way to Koala Sanctuary and wanted a quick flexible lunch option. Brodie was SO SO SO NICE! The American Subway’s aren’t this kind - she offered to let us try the condiments before putting them on the sandwhich and was so generous with all the toppings. We were a group of 9 with a lot of particulars - and she handled the orders like a champ. Thanks!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Veggie patties!

As a business operator on Phillip Island (farm stay) we regularly attend Subway to collect food scraps which have been greatly appreciated by the animals. We have observed the professionalism by the Subway team for many years now as well as their high standards of customer service given to ourselves and other customers. Tonight we were served by Ray who prepared a delicious meatball with chicken combo and the choice of fresh salad was amazing again. Ray was polite, person-centred and an Artisan with his craft. He was also time efficient making quick work to produce quality fast food. We have always had positive experiences eating here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
