First, the sandwich station was setup backwards (condiments come after building the sandwich, not first). Second, sandwichmaker sneered at me when I asked for “a little bit of everything,” which I ask for every time. Third, sandwich maker insisted on adding condiment before building sandwich. I asked for a lot of mustard and got half the bottle mostly in the middle of the sandwich. That was very disheartening. I always enjoy Subway when I fly. Fourth, sandwich maker did not make purposeful movements and was looking at and talking to co-worker while beginning to dress the sandwich. I declared, “you are not making it right” and walked away. First to time to give up on a Subway. Very disappointing. I have eaten at this Subway before. This Subway needs some help. Having the condiments before the lettuce and other veggies is a clear indicator of poor management/training. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would recommend going literally anywhere else. The people working here have a complete disregard for customer service. They don't care about the food or the people that they're serving. They smash the bread. Don't even pay attention to the ingredients they're putting on to the bread and they are rude at best. I would highly recommend finding any other establishment and spending your money there when you're visiting the airport. Considering the quality of the food that they are putting out, I would be surprised that Subway would endorse this franchise. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Subway. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The women working there were awful at following directions. I ordered a foot long so my 4 year old and I could share. I made it clear 3-4 different times some topping were only going to be on ONE SIDE. Every time I said exactly where I wanted “onions, jalapeños, banana peppers and green peppers” they tried putting on the WHOLE THING. They were whisper and giggling the whole time they made my sandwich. I’m guessing that is why I had to repeat myself so many times. Lastly, they didn’t have any turkey lol Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
