The service was great! They were really nice when I went to pick up my order, they even labeled my sandwiches which is very helpful!! Thank you Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would not suggest this location AT ALL. The alpha road is the best. I placed a DoorDash order and on their website it doesn’t allow heated or not heated. I searched intensely. So I call immediately once I place the order and found their phone number I try to explain the situation to the worker and she laughs and says well I already started making it. I explain there is no where on the site on DD to find chose. She laughs raise her voice and tells me to calm down. Lol I will never order from this location. I tried calling back because she hung up on my face and she wouldn’t answer. And you can’t cancel your order on DD. Subway on Alpha road team customer service is so amazing. If anyone wants a hot All American foot long I got you Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I needed to cancel my order and no one was willing to help me, i called the store over 8 times before anyone answered and then was told my order can not be cancelled as it was already made. I was given the phone number of the manager who had me TEXT HER a screenshot of my order just to tell me the same thing and gave me a broken customer service number. It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot cancel an order i’m not able to pick up!!
