Asked for extra chicken and this is the 2nd time we were told no that they cannot give me extra chicken unless they charge me for an entire salad. This is the type of business you run, scamming ppl for more money. I have not been to a subway since the 90's and I came back twice just to be turned around into never coming back again. Times are already hard without big companies taking advantage of the people they say they need to be able to stay open. No quality at this location The outside has not been maintenance in what looks like before the building opened, the inside is just as dirty, the employees have no customer service knowledge. The food portions are smaller but prices are higher. I went to a different subway the moment we left this place and was not told the same story we were at this location and the portions looked more legit like a proper portion. Cleaner in and out, friendlier employees. Quantity amd Quality. Why did you get into this business to begin with? Greed or love for the company? Maybe sit and figure that one out and make sure the people that work for you have the same vision Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
