Someone stole my identity, got into my account, stole $10. A sandwich is in progress in my name right now. I am located in another state. I can’t get a hold of the store. They can stop this fraud. No one is answering the phone. Very upset. I hope I can get my money back. The so-called online order to be picked up by the fraudster is scheduled for 1 PM. Take a good look and film the fraudster. Please contact me Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Someone stole my identity here in Colorado. I am located in another state. They ordered a meal. I called this restaurant over and over to stop the fraud and get a refund, but I can’t get no one. The order is scheduled to be picked up in 30 min. This is fraud. Please stop it and return my money to the gift card.

I placed an order online using the subway app, and I specifically added what I want to my sandwich. I get to the store, picked up my sandwich and noticed it was on the light side. I usually order the same sandwich but it's just a bit heavier than the one I got today. I get to the shop, open my sandwich and it was not what I ordered. I asked for (EXTRA) olives, pickles, jalapeno and banana peppers. This is not extra. Maybe next time read the order correctly and maybe you might just get 5 stars. Not ordering from this location again. They always tend to ruin my orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
