This has been a third time I’ve been here and it’s always the older lady that has always been so unprofessional and with a manipulative demeanor. I should have listened to my self and not given this place another chance. This last time I walked in at 7pm and she told me the register was closed. The place states that they close at 9pm and the door was open. I don’t want to generalize but that lady is very prejudice and you can tell she is just miserable and likes making the lives of others miserable too. The previous time there was another employee mopping and did not care to wash his hands before handling food, after handling dirty water. I’m so shocked that this placed has not had state show up and close this place. Don’t buy here! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience at this Subway. At approximately 9:10 PM, nearly an hour before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, we were told to leave the dining room because an employee named Victoria wanted to take a cigarette break. What made the situation even worse was her rude and unprofessional behavior. She raised her voice at me, told me to leave, and even said, "Don't come back." As a paying customer, I found this completely unacceptable. We were simply trying to finish our meal during the restaurant's normal business hours. I understand employees need breaks, but customers should be treated with respect. Being yelled at and told not to return is not the level of service anyone should expect. I hope management reviews this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure customers are treated professionally in the future.

Stopped by Subway and had such a great experience thanks to Donte. His customer service truly stood out — welcoming, patient, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about customers having a positive experience. The food was fresh, everything was prepared carefully, and his positive energy made my visit even better. There was also another lovely lady working there whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, but she was equally amazing. Both of them created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In a world where great service can be hard to find, they absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you both for the exceptional service — it was deeply appreciated!
