I went to subway today at about 6:30 and was shocked by the customer service of the lady serving me. She made comments about people’s orders, sighing every other minute, slamming things with force on the counter and spoke rudely to customers. Her coworkers were the complete opposite and were welcoming. I feel very sorry for them having to work along side her and I hope management does something about this soon. Really avoid this place. Staff are rude and look miserable. Food is terrible and falsely advertised. Rice bowl looked like a dog’s breakfast (photo was before it was even touched). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

Always love the service I receive from Dave every time I go to the Subway in Mosgiel, Dunedin. He is just so efficient! I've seen him work by himself with a line of customers, and he still manages to remember everyone's orders. He is able to continually make people's sandwiches and get their food and payments sorted seamlessly. If he hasn't already received the recognition he deserves, I definitely think he should!
