Very small with a couple of tables to sit at so if busy, you're out of luck. Due to the size of the place it would be very restricted if a large queue formed. Food is good as was the service. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: Yes there are dietary needs catered for

Went in, 3 staff were there, no customers. The 3 staff were just talking away while I was standing there waiting to order, bin bag just left next to a table. The girl asked me what I wanted, she already had gloves on so clearly hadn't changed them. Got a steak and cheese, the oven burnt my sandwich. Told the person the salad I wanted, just chucked the salad on, never spread it out, put the mayo on which all just squeezed out the side lol. Girl was touching the register and my money and still had the same gloves on when I was leaving. I get they are paid min wage but could at least put a little bit of effort into making the sandwich. Went back to my car, took it out the bag and was immediately slapped in the face with the smell of pungent cheese, steak was chewy and stale. Took 3 bites and stopped, tried to give a small piece to my dog, he started eating it then spat it out hahahahahahaha. Definitely avoid, the Grangemouth one is levels ahead. 1/10 wouldn't recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Useally I love subway so much, I get it for lunch when I have the spare money or even if I'm hungry, although the food is delicious and just eat delivers it quick, I had ordered a Foot long BMT meal deal. I got an Ben and Jerry's ice-cream chew chew flavour which coasted an extra £2, so my order would've only been £15 instead of £17.50, I was waiting for my order when it finally came, heaven. A subway. I was wanting ice-cream as I had a insane toothache and wanted to numb the pain with something cold. I sit down. Open my bag. Wait...the bag doesn't feel cold? That's strange. Looks into the bag. No ice-cream. Just a packet of three cookies inside instead. I didn't order cookies? I ordered an extra £2 worth of ice-cream? I called. Not even a "hello this is subway, how many I help" just a "hello.?" I said "hello, I placed an order and it's just arrived but in the order I put in icecream Ben and jerrys chew chew. I didn't get the ice-cream but instead I got cookies? As a replacement I'm guessing?" The girl goes "hold on let me just check, two minutes" ...hangs up. I'm left sat confused and wondering where my ice-cream is. So I put in a refund for my ice-cream, and I know it's petty as it's £2.45 but as a collage student who doesn't get paid much. That's enough to get me a drink and a small bite. Useally subway is spot on. I don't understand what happened. This is my only ever bad experience apart from the time I ordered peppers and never got peppers with my subway, was pretty defeated by that but I was still happy I got food. Update!!: they gave me the wrong sauce too? Not like subway :/ Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
