Got there at 6:45PM after rugby to get a feed. The girls that were working at the time locked the door and had already began to basically close. Wasted our time and went to South Port where we lived instead. Pretty low quality service. People go out of there way to get dinner and come to find out they just decide to lock the door 15mins early because they don’t want to work. Very poor. Service: 1

My son got food poisoning at the Varsity Lakes, QLD Subway (shop 9a/201 Lake St.) and I wrote to the store about it. The owner of the store replied but advised that it was not the fault of the store even though my son hadn't eaten anything else all morning and threw up at school immediately. Would give a 1/2 star if I could. Not so good customer service at all. Won't be returning to Subway. Food: 1
