Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff's attitude was poor, unprofessional, and they appeared uninterested in serving customers. The sandwich was not made to the expected standard and seemed to be prepared with little care or attention. Both the food quality and customer service were below expectations. Based on this experience, I would never go back there and would not recommend this location to others. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got DoorDash, open the sub and see these huge chunks of onion, not even pickles on the sub when I added pickles when I ordered, and the quesadilla wasn’t even toasted properly. I have worked at two subway stores and I have never seen quality this bad before in my life. People need to stay clear here and this is a review for the last time I ordered as well about a couple of months ago when I got a sub and I got a lot a lot of the salad on there and I just got carrots. Did not even call me to see if I wanted any changes because they didn’t have certain vegetables. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I give 2 stars instead of 1 because of the young trainee girl who took my order was very nice and professional unlike her sidekick worker, who at 7.45pm when i walked said "nooo, you gotta be kidding" and threw her dishcloth on the bench in a tantrum I asked if it was too late to place an order? The tantrum thrower walked off and the young girl with trainee on her badge said "id love to take your order" meanwhile the other girl is back out who appears to have a friend/sister waiting for her starts rolling her eyes and making faces! Every part of me wanted to walk out, so good on the trainee for doing the right thing and i hope you dont learn by example from your sidekick cause her attitude was deplorable
