If I could give Mel more than 5 stars, I completely would. I stopped by this Subway recently, and she completely transformed a routine lunch run into the highlight of my day. From the second I walked up to the counter, Mel greeted me with a genuine, infectious smile. Even though the store was starting to get busy, she stayed completely calm, focused, and incredibly welcoming. Her customer service skills are next-level; she was patient while I made up my mind, offered great recommendations, and built my sub with absolute perfection (no messy, falling-apart sandwiches here!). It is incredibly rare to find someone who brings that much positive energy and genuine care to their work. Mel didn’t just make a sandwich; she made my day. Subway, you have an absolute gem on your team give this girl a raise! I will definitely be coming back to this location just for her. Highly recommend!
