Hi Sarah, thank you so much for such a lovely review! This honestly means a lot to our team, especially as we’re working hard to make the store feel fresh, clean and welcoming again. We’re so happy to hear the salads stood out and that the service made a good impression. We’ll definitely pass this on to the team, it will give them a real boost. Hope to see you and your husband again soon. -Subway Helensvale Drive-Thru

Hi Satinderpreet, thanks for the feedback and good to hear our team looked after you. Just to clarify, what you’re seeing in the photo is the baked cheese from the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. During baking it melts and crisps on the outside, which can give it that firmer texture and appearance once toasted. All of our bread is baked fresh daily and checked throughout the day. From what we can see here, it doesn’t appear to be an issue with the bread itself. If anything ever doesn’t seem right while you’re in store, feel free to let the team know and we’ll sort it on the spot. – Subway Helensvale Drive Thru
