I went in to get 3 sandwiches. Only one person was ahead of me and he was being helped. The available other employee picked up the phone put her finger in the ahead and motioned for me to wait until the busy employee was finished. I did. But when a a few women came behind me the available employee took them and a few others while I was still waiting on the originally busy employee to finish up her prior transaction. I had my elderly dad waiting in the car on a very hot day because he wanted Subway. I am not sure why that employee passed me by and helped others knowing I was waiting but it felt dismissive. And luckily they had AC and I was too tired to argue.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich on Uber Eats. Delivery service was great. But when I began to eat my sandwich I pulled out of my mouth a long strand of hair...DISGUSTING & UNSANITARY. WEAR HAIR NETS. NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN! Food: 1
