1/5 Very poor customer service, especially coming from someone who identified herself as the manager. Customers should not have to tolerate rude and hostile treatment simply because the person providing the service is the manager. Being a manager does not mean having the power to treat customers however you want. The way the food was handled was also concerning. Ingredients were handled and thrown back into their containers in a visibly rough and careless manner. Food should be treated properly and professionally, just as customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. When I questioned the poor treatment, instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, I was essentially told that if I already knew how she was, I should not come back. If this person is truly the manager, that makes the situation more concerning, not less. A manager should set the standard for customer service, food handling, and professionalism — not behave as though being in charge gives them permission to treat customers however they choose. Management authority is a responsibility, not a license to disrespect customers. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The lady in the Subway she have a customer service zero she is rude and disrespectful she did not even put enough vegetable and when you asked her to put a little bit more she want to charge you extra ( what???? )I will never go back over there again bad service I don't recommend anybody this place never again going back to this place. Save your money and go somewhere else. Service: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
