If I could give Zero stars, I would. As I was ordering, I spot 2 fat happy roaches slowly walking around like they pay rent there. While she was making my sandwhich, she used 2 slices and split them in half to cover the footlong. No other location does that. (I eat Subway at various locations across houston 4-5 times a week) I reluctantly payed for my food trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Thats when I noticed the 2nd roach pretty close by. I said "This place is literally crawling with Roaches... ITS DISGUSTING" SHE LAUGHED AT ME and I walked out so pissed off at the overall rudeness and disrespect this woman showed me. After thinking back on it, I didnt touch my food at all... I went back inside unfortunately. I Asked for a refund but the lady refused to assist me with that. Claiming No reciept.. No refund... I literally crumbled the entire meal into the trash can. NOBODY should be eating from a Roach infested resturant. Yes, The other guy doesnt speak english because I tried talking to him when I came back in. So, I told him in spanish "There are Roaches here" He walked away and said nothing. If you wanna get sick eat there... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch

Poor customer service. Lady was rude and seemed annoyed with an explanation. Wouldn’t allow me to personalize anything on my order. I only continued to purchase due to little time for work lunch. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 1
