Very unfriendly customer service. I did not get what I ordered. I ordered an Italian cheese and herb bun, he gave me a regular bun. Never again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an online order. When I went to pick it up the door was locked (noon on Saturday) with no sign on the door. The lights were on so I continued to knock for a while. I finally gave up and was walking back to my car when a guy came and opened the door. As I walked in he started yelling at me that the door was locked for a reason. I told him I just wanted to pick up my online order. He continued to loudly berate me to the point I felt unsafe. He then would start to hand me my order and then snatch it back and yell some more. He was unhinged. I’ve been a regular customer of the store through several management changes but I will never go back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ingredients are not fresh If I get sick based on what just ate, expect a lawsuit. I told the employee the pickles were orange, she said that’s all they had. The point of subway is to have fresh items. You have failed at that mission. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
