I travel across Finland every week. I tried many subway restaurants all over Finland, Vantaa, Helsinki, Espoo, you name it. I came to Kemi for a week, and I decided to go to this restaurant. It was the worst experience ever, horrible customer service, I have never seen someone this mean in a restaurant. They were two workers (female) one is skinny and the other I would say have big build. The skinny one I did not interact with. But the other one I did she was the meanest person that ever worked in a Subway restaurant, she was badly mean. Hopefully this review gets the attention of the people who hired her and gets her fired because it is not okay to treat people like this. 0/5 experience 0/5 customer service. Never again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
