Bro, the staff needs to LOCK IN. Terrible service. They burned my sandwich because they forgot it in the oven. They also got my order wrong, I had to constantly repeat myself and correct them. The lady only put sauce in half of my sub (width-wise ) and was not generous at all with the ingredients. They were not efficient and it took them 10 minutes to prepare ONE 6 inch sandwich. I hope the service changes because the food is actually good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Worst Customer service. We are students coming to the store, and it doesn't mean staff has to be rude with us. Closing time should not affect customer service. We work in customer service too, rush hour should not affect their service. As a customer of Subway, I want my sandwich to be how I want. Over here, staff would make faces while making the changes, and at the end of billing, they would advise, "WE DON'T DO THIS THING ALWAYS." I just asked. I want my sauces to be in zigzag form so I can taste it. Highly recommend improvement in customer service. Even they don't have enough stock of veggies and sauces, then there is no point in running subway in the college campus. Still, if you don't have stuff, just let us know nicely instead of being frustrated. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
