01/07/26 mid day I went to Subway. There were two members of staff, a middle aged woman and a younger Asian man. The woman serving was very stressed and created a very uncomfortable environment, particularly as she was directing this to us customers in her snappy tone and huffing, and also towards her colleague. Her manner with her colleague was unacceptable, rude and snappy, to her the poor man could not do anything right, or she would tell him off for small things like scanning a qr early or not putting enough lettuce- not worth getting so cross about imo. He may have possibly been newer to the job, but her approach was very belittling and berating. I could not find a email address for the team, but I hope the management see this message and can have a word about her manner and terrible teaching style, and I hope her colleague is ok, he should not have to put up with that at work. He was very polite and wished me a good day, where as she made it seem like us customers and her colleague is a burden The food was as expected. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a foot long Italian sub with just cheese for my daughter, no sauce and minimal salad. I was only given 3 triangles of cheese which didnt even fill length of the bread and a half scoop of grated cheese. I asked for more cheese, was told it would cost extra. I did not want anything else apart from lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn and red onion. Very very poor portion sizes, disgusting I had to pay extra when I wasn't having any meat and minimal salad. I told the ladies I wasn't happy and the branches in Norwich never skimp on the cheese. I mean 3 measly small triangles in a foot long sub, come on!!!! The sub wasn't even toasted well nor put together well!! After complaining and whilst waiting for the sub to toast the lady who was obviously in charge proceeded to speak to her colleague in her own native language which I thought was very rude indeed!! All she kept saying was 'it's company policy!' Will not be stopping here again!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Below acceptable portion sizes, when you ask them to correct they charge for an "extra topping" on your bill without telling you. When asked for cheese and toasted they add double cheese without you asking and again, charge you for this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
