Went in at 630pm to get a sandwich and they closed at 7. But basically told me there only doing online orders at the moment.. I'm sorry if you close at 7 you serve till 7. This place sucks Meal type: Dinner

Waited several minutes for the girls to come out to take my order. Then I had to use the app to order while standing in the store since my coupon didn't have a QR code. I asked if I could just order it but then customize it in person since it would be easier and got a begruding 'yea...'. But didn't get the option to choose the bread or if I wanted mayo, etc. Zero customer service, zero smiles or polite interaction. Regrettably, I noticed a different Subway just a few minutes down the road in Havelock that I should have gone to instead. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited quite a while for any service. They both seemed to be short with people and then when I asked about the sub of the day cost, they said “I don’t know, the system does it”. So everyone knows, a meal is cheaper than a sandwich. Also, their machine has not been able to make ice for over a week and they never have cookies management needs to step in. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1
