Hi Nesha, Thank you for the fantastic review! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the food and received wonderful customer service. Our team works hard to provide a great experience for every guest, and your kind words mean a lot to us. We look forward to serving you again soon! Amy

Hi Jacob, I’m really sorry to hear this was your experience. Dry bread and discolored ham is absolutely not the quality we expect to serve, especially at today’s prices. We take freshness and food quality very seriously, and what you described does not meet our standards. The bread should always be soft and fresh, and the ham should never appear brown or burnt. I will be addressing this with our team right away to review product rotation, baking procedures, and quality checks to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Amy
