Two people behind the counter should not be there. A man is crazy, irritable, very angry and nasty always. He intimidates you! A woman is also angry and she scolds you for her own made-up reasons. These two people have mental problems!! The food looks nice and fresh. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed an order on 7/9/23 for a 5:45pm pickup. Store was supposed to be open until 6pm. Got there at 5:40p and the lights were all off with an employee sweeping up. I asked about my online order and he said they were closed and there was nothing he could do about my credit card being charged and me not having any food ready. I submitted feedback through Subway website right away and heard nothing back. I submitted another round of feedback about the experience today, 8/28/23. Not expecting to hear anything back and definitely won't be giving this Subway location my business ever again. Service: 1
