Just went in and grabbed a sandwich. First there were 4 employes there and 3 people in line waiting to order. 1 person working the counter. Finally 2 people clocked out and left (one looked like the manager) and the 3rd person in the back came out to the work line. After I finally got my sandwich, I had to tell her to put more cheese (she only used 1 slice for a footlong) I asked for the meat to be heated. It was cold, wrapped crappy and everything was put in the middle and not spreaded out. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was at Subway on May 26,2026 and the service was terrible. I waited about 15 minutes before my order was taken. I guess they was a shift change. The problem was I watched the cashier play in hair. Then she was about to put on gloves fix my food. I politely asked her to wash hands before she fix my food. I can tell she was not happy. She had an attitude with preparing my food. The customers that was in line behind me thank me for asking her to was her hands. She was the only one on the line. If she didn't have ank attitude, I would not complain. And she had no since of urgency! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Terrible service. Employees extremely rude. They obviously hate their life and working at Subway. I grabbed a permanent marker to mark each sandwich, since we had so many. I marked the finished sandwiches then set the marker down waiting for the last sandwich and one employee grabbed it and threw it into the cookie warmer so I couldn’t use it. WTH, Talk about issues.
