I would like to make a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience at one of your stores. The sandwich was prepared very poorly by the store manager. The vegetables were not packed properly and were falling out from all sides, making it very difficult to eat. The amount of onions and sauces added was also extremely less compared to a normal Subway sandwich. Additionally, the sandwich was not wrapped or packed properly, which caused everything to spill out. The overall presentation and preparation quality were very poor and did not meet the standard I usually expect from Subway. I have attached a photo for reference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and the staff receives proper training to improve food preparation and customer service. Thank you. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family was happy with Subway Glen Waverley before it was renovated. We hoped the quality would remain the same, but now there are significantly fewer vegetables in their sandwiches. It's almost a third of what it used to be somehow. Could it be that the owner is struggling to afford vegetables?
