It would have been more effective if you had contacted the restaurant management or management directly and constructively. Then we would not only have been able to clarify the problem, but also find a satisfactory solution for you. And, probably most importantly, possible misunderstandings are cleared up. Now you also write that you “never” want to go to Subway again. This is also really unfortunate, we would have liked to convince you otherwise.
