Someone hacked my app and ordered a sandwich from here. I live in Indiana. Tried to call the shop TEN times with no answer during their open hours. TEN freaking times! Service: 1

The people that work here are amazing! You are always greeted with a smile. They remember your order down to the dressing and it is always clean!! We’ll be back. Review for Subway – 18137 Town Center Dr, Olney, MD 20832 I had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience at this location. I ordered a simple 6-inch sub with turkey, pepperoni, and lettuce. The total came out to $10, which already felt excessive for such a basic sandwich. The real issue arose when I got home. My young daughter began eating the sandwich, only for us to discover a large bug embedded in the lettuce. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I immediately called the store to report the issue and asked to speak with a manager. I was told there was no manager available. When I explained what happened, the staff became defensive and showed no concern or accountability—no apology, no offer to make things right, nothing. This is not just about poor customer service—it’s a serious health and safety concern. I will be reporting this incident to the local health department.
