I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Payson location around 10:00 AM today. I politely asked for clarification regarding which drinks are included in the 6-inch daily meal deal, as there was some confusion on a previous visit. Instead of providing professional customer service, the male employee became visibly frustrated.When checking out, the female manager on duty repeatedly and noticeably rolled her eyes at me. When I directly asked her if she had just rolled her eyes, she loudly admitted to it. When I pointed out that this was rude and unprofessional, she raised her voice, stating she had already explained it weeks prior, and dismissively said, "Have a good day."When I requested to speak with someone higher up or the owner, she loudly claimed, "I am the manager here!" and stated that the owner doesn't even live in the state, implying she is completely unmanaged. She then shooed me away.Asking a simple question about a menu policy should never result in a manager admitting to being rude, raising her voice, and refusing to provide a corporate contact. I have reached out to Subway Corporate with the exact timestamp and a photo of the staff on duty to ensure this location's ownership is notified of how their business is being run. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I stopped to get something to eat. We ordered went outside to eat in our vehicle took one bite went for a 2nd one and noticed a hair inside the bread. My wife immediately went back inside and had them remake it. She apologized and remade it but it still just left a sour taste. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The crew is calm, collected, and crazy proficient! Even in heat of the moment, with waves of out-of-towners stopping by every weekend, this subway gets it done with a smile and leaves me nothing but satisfied! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
