UPDATE 13th April 2026 about 2pm I Went back to this Subway around 2pm today to give them another chance—and I’m so glad I did! What a difference The service has definitely improved. The two staff members on duty (a male and female) were both welcoming, but the lady who served me was absolutely lovely. She took the time to explain the protein bowl and what it includes, and was so informative about everything I was ordering. I ordered a salad, and honestly the way she prepared it made such a difference! She actually mixed all the ingredients together beautifully before adding the protein—something I’ve never seen done before—and it made it look and taste so much better. You could tell she really cared about what she was doing. I decided to sit in and enjoy my meal, and while I was there, I noticed how both staff members greeted other customers—friendly, warm, and welcoming every time. Even when another staff member from a different branch came in to drop off beetroot, they were so appreciative and kind. It was just really nice to see. Let’s be real—Subway isn’t cheap, so good service makes a big difference to the whole experience. And today, they absolutely delivered. I left feeling happy (and full ), and even got a cheerful “have a good day” on my way out—which was the cherry on top. Well done to this branch I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll keep sharing updates! Possibly one of the worst subways i’ve ever had the bread was ripped and stale and it genuinly looked like the salad was thrown into the sandwhich it literallt fell apart in my hands. It was so bad . Who be working at this subway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I asked for cookies to be made fresh on Uber Eats! Even requested extra time if they need! Received cold cookies and they weren't even the ones I wanted! !@£$ you Subway South Perth.
