Unfortunately, we have discovered some discrepancies between what is being displayed on our new menu panels and what is currently programmed into the till system. It appears this is what caused the pricing issue you experienced with the Pork Riblet Value Combo.You were absolutely right to raise the concern, and we understand how frustrating it would be to see one price advertised and then be charged a different amount at checkout. That is not the experience we want our customers to have.We are currently working through these technology and configuration issues with our new systems to ensure the pricing displayed matches the pricing charged.
